These fees are mostly taken from the rent received and we provide financial statements for your records. All fees are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Portfolio Management Fees: | Depending on the size on the portfolio, we may be able to offer different fee rates compared to the above for landlords with portfolios of 3+ properties. |
