If you are looking for rental property, and you have some flexibility, there is a great deal to be said for looking at options in towns that are located close to each other. Two bedroom properties, as stated, were the most popular, with 93 properties in total, which accounts to just over 42% of the market. Three bedroom properties were next in line, and with 47 properties, this made up just over 21% of the Worthing rental market. These three property types accounted for just under 93% of the total property available for rent in Worthing as of June 2013.

The average rent for a one bedroom property in Worthing was £663 per calendar month, for a two bedroom property the average rent was £930 per calendar month and the rent per calendar month for a thee bedroom property in Worthing was £1,194 per calendar month. Horsham and Worthing have more two bedroom rental options than one bedroom rental options

For Horsham, as of June 2017, there were a total of 103 properties available for rent and the most available properties on offer were two bedroom properties. There were 25 one bedroom properties on offer at this time, which amounts to just less than 25% of the Horsham rental market. Two bedroom properties, were the most popular option, with 44 properties in total, which accounts to 42% of the market. Three bedroom properties were next in line, and with 27 properties, this made up just over 26% of the Horsham rental market. These three property types accounted for just over 93% of the total property available for rent in Horsham as of June 2013.

The four bedroom properties had an average rent per calendar month of £1,549 while the average cost of a five bedroom property was £2,414 per calendar month.
