Our Staff

Our busy vibrant office is packed with experienced and knowledgeable staff. We have all grown up or lived in the area for a long time, we pride ourselves on our local knowledge and availability to answer your calls and queries and to assist in arranging appointments to suit you.

Our Availability

7 days a week, 24 hours a day. OK we are not here all the time but even when we're closed we're working. Whatever it takes we put the extra effort in, taking messages off the answerphone in the evening and at weekends, so don't be too surprised to hear from us in the evenings or even on Sundays. We do have homes to go to and families to see, but it's our business and we put ourselves out to help you and you can usually find someone in the office from 8am till late in the evening.

Find tenant only:
£474 (inc VAT)
Rent collection:
6% of rent (inc VAT) for first 6 months than 9% of rent (inc VAT)
Fully Managed:
6% of rent (inc VAT) for first 6 months then 12% of rent (inc VAT)
  • Collect and remit initial months rent received
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices.
  • Collect and remit the monthly rent
  • End of year tax certificate
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears action.
  • Point of contact for your tenant
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Undertake two inspections per annum and notify landlord of the outcome
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy.
Additional non-optional fees and charges (irrespective of service):
Setup Fee £90 (inc VAT)
  • Agree the market rent and find a tenant in accordance with the landlord guidelines
  • Advise on refurbishment
  • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Carry out accompanied viewings (as appropriate)
  • Market the property and advertise on relevant portals
  • Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant).
Inventory fee: Price on application
Renewal Fee £90 (inc VAT)
  • Review rent in accordance with current prevailing market conditions
  • Negotiate with tenant
  • Direct tenant to make payment change as appropriate
  • Amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.
